In this first episode of the Body Love series, we explore one of my favorite topics - how to have better sex! And the answer lies in developing a deep, loving relationship with our body.
Having a strong relationship with one's body has a direct impact on sexual experiences, intimacy, and connection. As we expand our understanding of pleasure through the body, we discover the key to experiencing and embracing pleasure in other facets of life. Feeling comfortable in one's body allows for complete surrender and reception during intimate moments.
It is so important to question negative thoughts about your body, to challenge societal standards and unrealistic expectations. Appreciating how the body feels, rather than solely focusing on physical appearance, cultivates a more loving and intimate relationship with one's body. In a society that emphasizes the mind over the body, I encourage you to tap into your body's deep wisdom and intuition, acknowledging the transformative power of emotions and feelings.
