I Honor My Body Meditation

 

In this week’s episode, I’ll be leading you through a meditation that literally transformed how I relate to my body.

The meditation I’m going to share with you is so powerful. When you practice honoring your body for everything it is, and everything it isn’t, you begin to build a real and authentic relationship with your body. You realize your body doesn’t have to be perfect in order for you to feel at home in your skin. You realize your body doesn’t have to be a certain weight in order for you to feel sexy. You realize that you get to feel yummy & luscious in your body right now, in this moment, the way that it is.
